  • Email

Step 4: Click Sign Up to complete. After registering successfully, you can create assignments, tests, and grade them on Azota.

2. How to Register an Azota Account for Students

Step 1: Visit the Azota website here: azota.vn

Step 2: Click the Sign Up button and then select I am a student.

Step 3: Fill in the following information:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Password

Step 4: Click Finish registration to complete. After successfully registering a student account, you can view assignments, tests, submit assignments, etc., on Azota.

II. How to Assign Homework and Grade Online on Azota

Step 1: Log into the Azota application on your computer and select the Students section.

Step 2: Next, click on the Add class section.

Step 3: Continue to enter the Class name and press Add class

Step 4: After creating the class, select Add students to the class list to assign homework.

Step 5: Choose Import from Excel file.

If you do not have an Excel file, you can enter the information of each student below.

Step 6: After uploading the list of students via an Excel file, click Confirm

Step 7: Next, return to the main screen and press the Assignments section to create homework for the students.

Step 8: Continue by selecting the School where you teach and press Save.

Step 9: Proceed to press Create assignment.

Step 10: Then, enter the Assignment name, due date and click on the Add file assignment section

Step 11: Next, select the assignment file on your computer and press Open

III. How to Submit Assignments on the Azota Application

1. Instructions for Submitting Assignments via Azota on the Phone

Step 1: First, press the assignment link provided by the teacher to open the assignment on the Azota app.

Step 2: Then, press the Test section to view the assigned test.

Step 3: After completing the assignment on paper, take a photo of it and press Ok to send it.

Step 4: After successfully sending the file, press the Submit button below to complete.

Step 5: Wait for the teacher to grade the assignment, then you can view the results by going back to the assignment link and choosing View detailed results. When the results are available, you will see the score and the teacher's comments.

2. Instructions for Submitting Assignments via Azota on the Computer

Step 1: Also, click the assignment link provided by the teacher to open the assignment on the Azota app.

Step 2: Next, select your name to check in for the teacher.

Step 3: At this moment, the app will display a message Are you sure... press Confirm.

Step 4: Next, press the Assignment file... to view the assigned test.

Step 5: Continue to press Choose file to upload the file (photo, video, audio, or pdf) of your work and then press the Submit button.

You should take photos of your work with your phone and then transfer the files or photos from your phone to your computer.

IV. How to Grade Online for Students on Azota

Step 1: Go to the Assignments section in the Azota application.

Step 2: Continue to click on the list of students who have submitted.

Step 3: Next, press the Grade button next to the student's name to score each student's assignment.

Step 4: At this point, teachers can view student's work and can detail score for students:

  • To mark a correct answer, teachers tap once on the part of the work.
  • To mark an incorrect, teachers tap twice on the wrong part.
  • To edit, teachers double-tap on the answer needing correction.

Step 5: After the teacher finishes grading, the system will automatically calculate the score. If the teacher wants to round off the score, they can manually edit and enter comments below.

Step 6: Continue, teachers press Save data.

Step 7: Finally, teachers press OK to complete grading the assignment for students on Azota.

V. How to Create a Multiple-Choice Test on Azota

Step 1: To create a multiple-choice test on Azota, visit the website azota.vn and then log in using a teacher account. After that, select the Multiple-choice tests section.

Step 2: Next, click on the Create test section

Step 3: Then choose Upload test.

Step 4: Right at the Test/Answer file column, drag and drop the file or left-click to upload the corresponding file.

Step 5: Next, select the test file and press Open to upload the file.

Step 6: Wait a moment for the software to download the test and answer file, then press View detailed explanation.

Step 7: You can adjust the spacing between questions by sliding the question bar up and down.

Step 8: Next, create a title for the test and press Save.

Step 9: After creating the title, press the Publish test button.

Step 10: Fill in all the test requirements and press Publish.

Step 11: After successfully creating the test, press Copy the test link to send to students.
